Wine tasting with the girls

I am completely hooked on the Groupon and Living Social sites- great deals on a variety of things for a bargain.. it's like shopping on sale online! One of the first deals I purchased was a private wine tasting at Covington Cellars in Woodinville, which included a tour, food pairings, and wine tasting. I've been a big fan of Covington for the past 5 years, so this was a deal that I couldn't pass up. I invited Tamara; a perfect afternoon to spend together with the added bonus that she had never been to the winery.

Our date coincided with one of our hotter summer days, so relaxing in the cool winery was an added bonus. And we were happy to have Paula join us! We had a tour of the winery, a few barrel samples, and then we were seated at our own little table for our pairing. We enjoyed 4 little bites with 4 wine tastings, and lots of kisses from the two winery dogs. A perfect afternoon with the girls!
